• bridle your mouth 

• approve of your own behavior 

 Your thoughts, words and deeds can and will match what is in your heart consistently!

REFLECTION

We’ve learned to observe without judgement, and now it is time to revisit our decisions.  Ask yourself what lead to the choices you made, and what you might have done differently. Reflection is the second step to aligning your thoughts and actions.
