WEEK 4

Today I introduce the third essential tool to help you overcome self-defeating behavior.

 With consistent  practice of these simple habits, your thoughts, words and deeds can and will match what is in your heart!

  1. OBSERVATION
  2. REFLECTION
  3. EXCAVATION

    You’ve learned to observe without judgement,  revisit your regrettable decisions reflecting on what lead to the choices you made, and what you might have done differently and now it is time to excavate the source of your counter-productive choices and figure out why your hot buttons are so hot.  Dig deep.  Head into your discomfort. Come to terms with your vulnerability, and you will find yourself responding to life’s problems with confidence and poise.

     If you seek to align your thoughts and actions, excavation is a crucial, necessary step.
